How to Draw a Monkey With a Banana
Monkeys are funny creatures, and they have certain things that they like and dislike – and banana is very much on the "Love" list for many of these creatures! Are you ready to create your very own adorable monkey, complete with his beloved banana? Then let's take a closer look at all we need to know!

1.
Start with a black pen, and draw a large circle shape in the left of your page. Add a curved line to the right side of this.
2.
Add a large "loop" from this line in towards the center.
3.
Now, add another "loop", this time pointing up, just above this shape, and add a curved line to either side.
4.
Return to the original shape, and bring a curved line up and across to the right, before continuing the shape to create a circle. Add a slightly jagged line just below the original shape.

Add a large "m" inside this, and bring the left side down to the bottom of the shape…

And then add two pointed nostrils and two curved in the center of this.
7.
Add a curved smile below…

And then two large circles for eyes.

Now, add smaller circles inside the larger ones, with tiny circles on the top left edges.

Add two more circles below for the cheeks…

And then bring a curved line down from the bottom of the face. Take this round to the right, and add three points, before taking a line to the left. Add a curve just above this.

Now, add a hand and three curved fingers to the end of this…

And then bring down two curved, parallel lines from the bottom. Join these at the bottom with a zig-zag line.

Connect the left edge of this new shape to the arm with a curve…

And then take a line across to the left from beside this, and curve this up, across and back to the left, ending in a spiral at the end of the tail.

Add another line below this to create the monkey's tail.
17.
Next, bring a line across from the right of the shape at the bottom and curve this up and across to form the tummy of the monkey.
18.
Now, add two horseshoe shapes to the top right for the other ear.
19.
Now, add an "m" shape to the right of the monkey, and then add another hand with three fingers below this.
20.
Add two "crescent moon" shapes to the top of the hand, using the top of the "m".
21.
Add a tall "loop" to the top of this to create a banana.
22.
Bring two curved lines down at the bottom to create the end of the banana, and add another looped shape at the bottom.
23.
Add two curved, parallel lines to the side of this to create the arm…
24.
Now, add a curved line to the right of the body, and then bring this down, and across to the right in a jagged line.
25.
Add three toes to the bottom of the left section…
26.
And then three to the right.
27.
Now, add a series of small marks all across the body, arms and legs.
28.
Use a yellow pen to shade the bottom of the banana.
29.
Now, use a black pen to shade the main section of the eyes…
30.
And a pink pen for the cheeks.
31.
Use a brown pen for the main body of the monkey, as well as the arms.
32.
Use a brown pencil for the feet, face, tummy, and ears.
And there we have it- your very own super cute monkey, complete with delicious banana – all he is waiting for is a name!
